Terms of service

Wolf Delights makes handmade cakes, scones, high tea selections and patisserie to order. By placing an order or submitting a request, the customer agrees to these terms.

 

All products are prepared by hand. Photos on the website show our style, finish and quality, but colour, decoration, shape, fruit, chocolate elements, presentation and details may vary slightly. This natural variation is part of handmade craftsmanship.

 

The customer is responsible for providing timely and complete information about allergens, dietary wishes, medical food restrictions, desired date, pickup or delivery preferences and any other relevant information. Orders involving allergens or dietary wishes are only confirmed once Wolf Delights has reviewed and confirmed them in writing.

 

Directly paid orders only become final once payment has been received, the requested date fits the planning, pickup or delivery is practically possible and any special requests have been accepted. If an order turns out not to be feasible, Wolf Delights will contact the customer to arrange an alternative date, adjustment or refund.

 

Artisan Cakes, events, business requests, complex high tea requests and urgent requests are never automatically confirmed via the website. These always require personal confirmation or a quote.

 

Prices, VAT display, delivery costs and any additional costs are shown in Shopify or in the quote.
